Booth monthly rentals range from $120to $335. Booth sizes range from 9.5’ x 6’ to 16’ x 10’. Most spaces are approximately 11.5’ x 10’ and rent for $240per month.

Showcase monthly rentals range from $110 to $135. Most of the showcases are
4’ W x 6’ H x 18” D with adjustable glass shelves. Special 6 month rates available.

Wall space monthly rentals range from $45 to $75. Most of the wall space is
pegboard approximately 10’ W x 9.6’ H.

Commission on sales = 10%. Credit/Debit card fee 1.9%

Most leases are month to month with at least 30 days written notice to terminate.

Rent is due in advance. Booth rental requires one month’s refundable deposit.

Taxes: We collect Virginia sales tax from customers & pay the State. We collect
York County BPOL tax (.002) from your sales & pay York County.

Business License: Our license covers our dealers at no cost to dealers.

TAX NOTE: We send 1099’s to the IRS for all dealers paid $600 & up each tax year.
